Saint Edmund's Catholic Primary School is a school for all children. It is a family school with Gospel values at it's centre. Compassion, high standards and expectations are at the heart of what we do. Children come to school and are valued for who they are and are developed in a loving, caring environment.

We nurture every child to enjoy every new challenge in school and ...to be inspired by God's love, learn together, discover our gifts and make change to our world.  We aim to provide the very best for every child in our school and to help them to fulfil their potential. Our curriculum aims to help our children grow in every way – not just academically but in their individuality and uniqueness. School is a happy place where the children develop a love for learning and their sense of faith. Compassion and respect are shown by all members of our school and these are evident to everyone that comes to Saint Edmund's. The welfare of each and every member of our school community is integral to the Catholic ethos of the school. 

The school serves as a community hub, connecting families and fostering a sense of belonging among children and parents alike. The school is surrounded by beautiful wooded and garden areas and the children are inspired by the natural world and are proud to be stewards of their school environment and out into the wider community.  We actively encourage out-door learning and are blessed to have a wonderful Forest school area for children to explore.
